If you can't Measure it, you can't Manage it

Marketing without measurement is a sure way to waste your budget.  Each of your campaigns should include a way to measure their effectiveness, depending upon your goals, whether Brand Awareness, Lead Generation, or Revenue Goals.

Measurement should extend to your Sales processes- be sure you track the elements that can be used in refining your target pool.  This is especially important when a portion of your ROMO is either lead generation rates or sales close rates.  ROMO should not exclusively link to revenue or closed sales (you can ask us why when we meet)
